Fausto Ortiz has lived in Cuenca since he was four years old, with the
exception of the 12 years he lived in New York, USA. He loves Cuenca
for its culture, beauty, peace, and tranquility.

Fausto has been a facilitator for 8 years. Facilitators assist people
new to the country to help them learn the systems and how to be an
adult in their new world. Facilitators also can help established
expats who need assistance with health issues, transportation, tourism
and other activities. He remains a Facilitator and is happy to serve
clients however they need assistance.
