
Donald Imgram
Donald Imgram has an extensive background in customer service from his time as Talent Agent and Office Administrator of the prestigious The Gersh Agency, a talent and literary agency, through his years in hospitality management, which included his role as Fine Dining Servicer Instructor at New England Culinary Institute at The Essex Spa & Resort. “I have always been drawn to roles that enable me to pair people with something they desire. My transition to real estate as the ‘colorful real estate matchmaker’ seemed only natural.”
He launched his real estate career as a member of the Conroy & Company group at Keller Williams Vermont and quickly rose to Lead Buyer’s Agent overseeing four other agents and then Team Manager overseeing a combined total of nine agents and two support staff. After almost six years at Conroy & Company Donald discovered the EXP Realty brokerage and launched his own very successful business, Vermont Dwellings at EXP Vermont which he ran for another five years before relocating to Ecuador.
In 2019 he landed in Salinas on the coast where he lived for four years until he discovered the gem that is Cuenca.
It is his mission to bring the highest standards of client representation to his work in Cuenca real estate.
